I was just driving through the dealership parking lot. It was raining very hard. Jeremy was outside, under the building canopy....He was very accomodating and willing to stand in the rain to answer my questions..I noticed, not only did he have great interpersonal skills, but he was a fellow veteran. The Sienna I eventually purchased is ideal for my needs.....The transaction, conducted through Jeremy, was a very satisfying experience.

I have used this Toyota dealership since 2006 and bought and bought 5 or 6 vehicles from them so that is how much I like dealing with them.
I chose Franklin Toyota because they had choices re pre owned Tacoma trucks. My salesman, Nate was very professional and accommodating. Service after the sale remains to be experienced.

This is my second vehicle from Franklin and they have been great! My first was a leased RAV 4 and my second is a purchased RAV 4. In both instances they have worked with me and made the process painless.They also have handled all my maintence in rheir Service Department where they always work me in if it's humanly possible. I only came in for an oil change and had a 9:30 appt. I was very disappointed because I missed my appt that I had in Augusta. Overall great place but waiting 3 hours for a oil change only is absurd!!!
They stay within the estimated time they say it will take. The service department staff who you speak with, are very friendly. Before you leave, they explain exactly what services were done and things that you need to watch. One thing that bothered me this time was when I got home I had received a coupon in the mail for bringing my truck in for service, and I won’t be able to use it because it will expire before I will need service again

Franklin Toyota worked in my 4 Runner on a holiday weekend. I bought the used vehicle somewhere else, so this was 1st visit. My headlamp was not working, so I was happy that they were able to fix it on this rainy, foggy weekend.

I took my Tundra in, because I thought it needed new brake pads. Turns out there was something else going on, which they addressed. They could’ve easily just sold me new brakes to make some money, but they were honest about what the problem was. You don’t see that kind of honesty in service departments Very often these days.
