Every new vehicle that is purchased on our lot is backed by the Franklin Warranty Forever Plan. This is a no-cost warranty that covers all the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance for the lifetime of the vehicle. You read that right. The entire time you own the vehicle, it is protected.
This warranty covers 100 percent of parts and labor on all powertrain, transmission, and driveline issues. It also includes tons of other services, so you can ensure your set of wheels will be in tip-top condition well into the future.

The Franklin Warranty Forever provides you with an easy way to keep up with Toyota maintenance and repairs on your new Toyota model. This warranty costs nothing to you, there is no expiration date, and there is no deductible on services. Why would we do such a thing? Because our team truly cares about your needs and let’s face it, it sets our dealership apart from the rest.
Additionally, you do not have to use our service center to keep this warranty. Of course, you will receive top-notch customer service from certified technicians when you choose us for your repairs. However, this warranty is accepted at any licensed repair facility.
This warranty covers all parts and labor on any approved engine, transmission, and driveline failures. This includes applicable seats and gaskets, as well. For a full list of services covered, reach out to our sales associate team.
Keeping your Franklin Warranty Forever active is easy! All you need to do is perform the recommended maintenance at our dealership within one month or 1,000 miles of it being due. You can also use a different service facility that has been pre-authorized.
Please note that you will be required to maintain your own records. Additionally, you will be solely responsible to ensure the service center performs the correct maintenance at the right intervals.
It is recommended that you perform maintenance with our dealership (or an approved facility) in accordance to the Manufacturer’s Recommended Maintenance Schedule. To check the required services for your Toyota model, refer to your owner’s manual.
You can also check Edmunds® Recommended Maintenance online. But, please note that the price quotes found there do not reflect our dealership’s prices. For a quote from us, all you need to do is give us a call!
If this happens, all you need to do is call our Toyota dealership and we’ll take care of the rest for you. Plus, remember there is no deductible when making your claim. All parts and labor are covered 100 percent.
Towing and rental car coverage are unfortunately not included in the Forever Warranty Forever. However, if you purchased the extended service contract, you will most likely be covered for towing and rental vehicles through that.
Any repair facility or dealership that employs ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) technicians is considered a licensed repair facility. All ASE technicians are certified through a national non-profit organization to ensure the technician's competency in many areas in the automotive industry. Repair facilities with at least one ASE certified technician are permitted to display the ASE sign. Just look for the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence logo.
One of the advantages of taking your vehicle to a licensed repair facility is that if an ASE certified technician is not the individual working on your vehicle (say, for an oil change) they are still available to assist and oversee the task being performed. This ensures maintenance is being performed properly and to the manufacturer's specification.
